Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped from the state of Florida. If you are in the state of Florida tax must be added. Shipping charges are determined by weight and location.

All garments will have a delivery time of 6-8 weeks unless a special offer is listed with delivery times of 4-6 weeks or a later delivery time if fabric is back ordered. You may request an earlier delivery time and if possible we will accommodate you.

Special orders at our location or through the internet are non-refundable.

Return and Policy Disclaimer

Please make sure you are ordering the correct color and size. By following the measurement chart as close as you can will determine a proper fit and size and will be considered upon any returns. We will be glad to supply you with a free tape measurer if requested.

If you feel you have made a mistake on either color or size or don't like the item you purchased, you have 30 days to either exchange or return it. All returns must be requested in writing by e-mail by contacting us at info@eliascouture.com. An e-mail authorization number will be given to you.

Shipping charges are not refunded and all items must be in original condition.
